What deletion means

Once your request is fulfilled, your sign-in access and eligible personal data will be removed. A deletion request does not send a refund or cancel a transaction.

Records that may need to be kept

Transaction, payment, refund, dispute and security records may need to be retained. SafeSale reviews these records before deletion and tells you what remains and why.
